Which crypto exchanges have API broker programs?
Compare documented broker programs by integration model, attribution and commercial eligibility before committing to development.
OKX and Bybit publish API broker program documentation. Evaluate the program as both an integration and a commercial relationship: having an API key alone does not establish broker status or an entitlement to rebates.
Documented examples
| Program | What the documentation establishes | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| OKX Broker Program | An application route and broker-code attribution for relevant API orders. | Your integration model, eligible activity and agreed commercial terms. |
| Bybit API Brokers Program | A broker application and identifier-based tracking of order activity. | Product eligibility, onboarding requirements and the terms applicable to your platform. |
These are research examples, not confirmation that either program is active in the Onbely Verse directory. Commercial eligibility may depend on the entity, region, product and program agreement.
Define the relationship before building it
Write down whose account holds assets, how users authorize trading and which party provides support. Ask whether users connect existing accounts or whether the program supports another account model. Do not substitute an ordinary referral link for technical order attribution.
Request the conditions governing eligible volume, exclusions, rebate calculation, settlement and changes to the program. A headline rebate percentage does not tell you what activity qualifies. This guide deliberately does not rank programs by a single advertised percentage.
Use a small integration acceptance checklist
- Confirm the correct production and test documentation.
- Define the required permissions without requesting unnecessary access.
- Check that the program can recognize eligible activity.
- Agree how failures, rejected orders and reconciliation will be handled.
- Document the support channel and commercial owner of the relationship.
Onbely Verse has an API Brokers institutional profile for accessing its listed exchange and program information. Completing that profile does not approve an external broker application. Its institutional layer is supported by exchange fee-share programs; official access links are part of participation.
