Onbely Verse
What is Onbely Verse?
Onbely Verse is a digital nation in development that is already operational.
Its goal is to build an ecosystem where people, businesses and institutions can participate, use products and services, carry out activities and build relationships within a shared digital economy.
The project develops progressively. Some parts of the ecosystem work today, while others belong to the next stages of its expansion.
What exists within Onbely Verse today?
There are already different products and ecosystems where Onbely Verse Credit can be obtained and used.
A participation mechanism allows users to earn OVC and then use it in different parts of the ecosystem.
OVC can currently have utility in products and services such as MC1, Onbely Links, NextGen and the services available through the Baymax Valero platform.
What comes in the next stages of Onbely Verse?
One of the main stages will be the opening of the Onbely Verse digital world.
Servers will allow users to interact directly within the digital nation, explore its spaces, encounter businesses, take part in missions and engage with an ecosystem with its own territorial representation.
Establishments acquired by businesses will become part of that world as permanent points of presence and interaction.
What is Onbely Verse Credit and what is it used for?
Onbely Verse Credit, OVC, is an internal utility of Onbely Verse.
It can be obtained through participation and missions, and acquired through the mechanisms enabled within the ecosystem.
OVC is designed for use in compatible products, services and activities within Onbely Verse.
Is OVC money or a cryptocurrency?
No.
Onbely Verse Credit is not a currency, is not a cryptocurrency and has no monetary price of its own.
Onbely Verse does not assign it an equivalent value in dollars, euros or any other currency.
It is an internal utility whose practical value comes from what it allows you to do within the ecosystem.
Can any type of business establish itself within Onbely Verse?
No.
Onbely Verse does not control companies’ internal operations or the services they provide, but it determines which business categories may join its ecosystem.
Excluded sectors include businesses involving the sale of weapons, certain medicines or chemicals, gambling and other activities incompatible with the ecosystem’s criteria.
This may apply even when those activities are legal or properly licensed in a particular jurisdiction.
Onbely Verse is conceived as a family-friendly environment and reserves the right to determine which types of companies and services may establish themselves within it.
What am I acquiring when I buy an establishment?
You are acquiring a digital property within the future world of Onbely Verse.
The establishment will be a permanent location where your business can maintain a presence, serve customers and become part of users’ everyday lives within the digital nation.
You are not simply buying an advertising campaign. You are acquiring a permanent presence within Onbely Verse.
Is an establishment a digital property?
Yes.
The establishment constitutes a digital property registered within the Onbely Verse system.
The property includes the building, its assigned location and access to the services and benefits associated with that establishment.
It is not an NFT and is not registered on a blockchain.
Can I sell or transfer my establishment?
Yes.
The establishment is a digital property and its owner will be able to sell or transfer it to another person or business.
The owner freely decides the selling price. Onbely Verse does not determine its resale price.
Onbely Verse manages the transfer within its system and applies the corresponding sale or transfer fee.
Are there recurring payments after buying an establishment?
No.
There is no mandatory recurring charge to keep the property after acquiring it.
Onbely Verse may offer additional business services, but purchasing them will be optional and does not constitute a mandatory fee for retaining the property.
Does buying an establishment guarantee traffic, customers, sales or results?
No.
Acquiring an establishment does not guarantee traffic, customers, sales or specific commercial results.
It provides a digital property and a permanent presence within the ecosystem.
Results depend on multiple factors, including the product, the business proposition, its activity and how it uses that presence.
Onbely Verse Credit
Can OVC be purchased or only earned?
Both.
Onbely Verse Credit can be obtained through participation and missions, and acquired through the mechanisms enabled within the ecosystem.
OVC remains an internal utility, not a currency or financial asset.
Can I transfer my OVC directly to another person?
No.
Onbely Verse does not allow direct OVC transfers between personal accounts as if it were a currency.
OVC movements take place through the mechanisms and products enabled within the ecosystem.
How does P2P commerce related to OVC work?
Onbely Verse does not operate a P2P market for buying or selling OVC.
MC1 has a specialized advertiser profile that can use OVC to create campaigns for other businesses or boost ads created by other profiles.
The people or businesses involved may independently reach financial agreements for the services they provide. These agreements are private.
Onbely Verse provides the infrastructure that enables the advertising profile to exist and operate, but does not intervene in the financial agreement between the parties or act as an intermediary for that payment.
Will OVC remain useful as Onbely Verse grows?
That is one of the principles on which the ecosystem is being built.
The intention is to progressively expand the places, products and services where Onbely Verse Credit can be used.
This may include new products developed by Onbely Verse, participating businesses, future partnerships and even potential business acquisitions that extend its utility within the ecosystem.
OVC is not conceived as a speculative asset, but as a utility that should accompany the growth of Onbely Verse.
Missions & Participation
Who creates missions and where do the rewards come from?
Businesses will be able to create their own missions directly using the mechanisms Onbely Verse will make available.
Businesses will have OVC with which to encourage citizen participation.
Alongside business-created missions, Onbely Verse may develop themed missions and more elaborate experiences, especially with the opening of the digital world.
Who decides whether I fulfilled a mission?
The business that created the mission does not decide this.
Missions will be built around requirements that can be checked through Onbely Verse verification mechanisms.
Validation belongs to the system, the administration and, when necessary, the Onbely Verse team.
A business cannot arbitrarily decide that someone fulfilled or failed to fulfill a mission.
Can a business take away OVC after I have earned it?
No.
Businesses do not directly administer participants’ OVC.
Administration of Onbely Verse Credit belongs exclusively to the systems and administration of Onbely Verse.
What happens if I try to claim a mission without meeting its requirements?
If the Onbely Verse team determines that a user has tried to obtain a reward without fulfilling the mission’s requirements, it may consider that conduct an abuse of the system and disrespectful to the project and its other participants.
In such cases, Onbely Verse may freeze the utility obtained and suspend the account involved.
What information about me can a business see when I participate in a mission?
A business does not receive private information about you simply because you participate in a mission.
It may see your name when necessary to identify participation, but completing a mission does not mean handing your personal data to the business that created it.
Business Establishments
Is my establishment an NFT or registered on a blockchain?
No.
Ownership of the establishment is recorded within the Onbely Verse system itself.
It is not an NFT and does not need to be registered on any blockchain.
What rights do I obtain when acquiring an establishment?
Acquiring an establishment grants the right to access and use that digital property within Onbely Verse, together with the services and benefits associated with the type of property acquired.
Who sets an establishment’s resale price?
The owner sets the resale price directly.
Onbely Verse does not determine the price at which a digital property should be sold.
The owner freely decides how much to ask for the property and may negotiate the sale with the interested person or business.
Onbely Verse only manages the corresponding transfer and applies the fee established for that operation.
What does the new owner receive when I sell or transfer an establishment?
The digital building, its assigned location and the benefits and services associated with that property are transferred.
Can Onbely Verse remove an establishment after I acquire it?
Yes, when the establishment is used in a way that violates Onbely Verse policies.
If a business uses its property to promote, sell or carry out prohibited activities within the ecosystem, Onbely Verse may require those activities to stop.
The intention is to warn the owner first.
If the warning is ignored and the violation continues, Onbely Verse may remove the establishment and suspend the responsible account.
Ownership does not remove the obligation to follow the ecosystem’s participation and usage rules.
What happens to my establishment if my company closes?
The establishment remains your digital property.
Closing the company does not automatically remove ownership.
You may keep it, sell it or transfer it through the corresponding mechanisms.
Can I own more than one establishment?
Yes.
There is no obligation to limit yourself to a single establishment.
As Onbely Verse expands territorially and new cities or areas appear, a business may choose to acquire establishments in different places.
Can a competing business be near my establishment?
Yes.
Onbely Verse does not organize its territory to prevent competition between businesses.
Two companies offering similar products or services may be close to one another.
Onbely Verse does not intervene in companies’ products, prices, commercial strategies or competition.
Its intervention is limited to compliance with its usage policies and the criteria determining which activities may exist within the ecosystem.
Am I buying the land or location where my establishment stands?
No.
The location is assigned by Onbely Verse.
You acquire the digital building and the services and benefits associated with it.
When the establishment is sold or transferred, its location is part of the transferred property.
What happens if I buy an establishment and the digital world opening is delayed?
The establishment remains reserved as acquired property until the digital world opens.
A delay does not constitute a cancellation or remove the acquired property.
The building remains registered within Onbely Verse until the corresponding stage becomes operational.
Can my establishment’s location change as Onbely Verse grows?
The intention is that, once the map is built, Onbely Verse will grow mainly through territorial expansion.
New areas, buildings and spaces may be added without constantly reorganizing existing locations.
Account, Privacy & Participation Rules
Does my account share my data with MC1, Onbely Links, NextGen and the other ecosystem products?
No.
Although the products belong to the same ecosystem and have a shared administration, the Onbely Verse account does not function as a mechanism for handing your personal data from one product to another.
What can move between compatible products is Onbely Verse Credit, through the mechanisms enabled to send it to the corresponding product and return it to Onbely Verse later.
Is there a minimum age to use Onbely Verse?
Yes.
Onbely Verse is designed exclusively for adults.
