What should I understand before reserving an Onbely Verse establishment?
Review the property, assigned location, development timing and participation rules before deciding whether a reservation fits your business.
Understand what is being recorded, when the world will be usable and how the establishment supports your business. An Onbely Verse establishment is a digital property registered in its own system. The persistent world is still being developed, so a reservation is a commitment to a future presence, not immediate territorial operation.
Match the structure to the business purpose
A Commercial Store centers on product discovery and purchasing connections. A Business Office centers on services, inquiries and support. An Iconic Landmark centers on brand presence and recognition. Choose around the customer experience you want to create, rather than assuming a larger structure will automatically produce better results.
The property includes the digital building and associated services and benefits. Onbely Verse assigns its location. You are not buying a land token; the property is not an NFT and is not registered on a blockchain.
Think through ownership over time
The owner will be able to sell or transfer the establishment and decide its resale price. Any economic agreement is made directly between buyer and seller outside Onbely Verse. Onbely Verse does not receive, hold or transmit that payment; it only applies an administrative fee for updating the digital ownership record. The location and associated benefits accompany the transferred property. This describes the defined ownership model, not a resale marketplace already open in the current interface.
There is no mandatory recurring charge simply to retain the property. Additional business services may be offered optionally. If a business closes, ownership is not automatically removed. An opening delay likewise does not cancel the registered reservation.
Keep the limitations in the decision
An establishment does not guarantee traffic, customers, sales or returns. Competing businesses may be nearby. Usage policies still apply: prohibited activity can lead to a warning and, if it continues, removal of the establishment and suspension of the responsible account.
Consider whether your timeline allows for a world in development and whether a continuing location supports your offer. Read the property FAQ and compare the establishment types. What would your customers need to find when they visit your future location?
